Orthopedics Research and Traumatology – Open Journal (ORTOJ) is an online open access journal that covers all aspects of orthopaedics and traumatology.

Orthopedics is the branch of medicine concerned with the correction or prevention of skeleton deformities, disorders, and injuries, as well as associated structures (ligaments, muscles, and tendons) of the human body.

Traumatology is frequently regarded as a subset of orthopaedic surgery. It works with people who have experienced or been exposed to highly traumatic events in their lives and assists them in their recovery.

Openventio hopes that by publishing this journal, it will be able to meet the needs of professionals in this field by providing concise yet descriptive information.

Russian Vreden Scientific Research Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics - ORTOJ

I am quite satisfied by the cooperation with Orthopedics Research and Traumatology – Open Journal. During its existence, this journal has proven that it is not a “commercial one-day project”, the purpose of which is quick money and ignore the quality of publications. Orthopedics Research and Traumatology – Open Journal aims to carve out its professional niche in the scientific and clinical community of orthopedic surgery. I am sure it will achieve it.

Writing for the ORTOJ was a smooth experience and the staff was very supportive as well as patient. In my busy days, they sent friendly reminders which I needed to push me along. I was kept updated at each step of the process. When I saw the finished product after going through peer review, I was pleasantly surprised at the presentation.
