Special Editions

Research and Practice in Anesthesiology – Open Journal (RPAOJ) aims to discuss all topics related to pain relief and a patient’s memory following surgery.

Local anaesthesia, which is body part specific, and general anaesthesia, which is instant sedation through an intravenous line (IV), which is a thin plastic tube inserted into the vein, a face mask, through the patient’s nose or throat. Anaesthetics are the drugs used in this procedure.

Openventio aims to disseminate detailed information about anesthesiology and to bring information from all authors and diverse sources in a consistent manner via our well-designed open access portal.

I would like to take this opportunity of extending my appreciation to you. Publishing with Research and Practice in Anesthesiology – open Journal was by far the best experience I’ve had with a major journal in the past few decades. I received tough reviews, which allowed me to greatly improve the paper. The referees were clearly experts in the field and the revised manuscript was dealt with promptly. The entire review process has been handled with remarkable professionalism and efficiency. I certainly hope to publish more of our work in the future.
