Biography

Dr. Al-Kindi received his MD with honors in research and academic distinction from Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University. He is currently pursuing his medical residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center and Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. He is on the editorial board of the American Journal of Internal Medicine, the International Journal of Internal Medicine Research, Cancer Research Journal, and the American Journal of Clinical and Experimental Medicine. He has reviewed manuscripts for many international journals including Annals of Internal Medicine, the American Journal of Cardiology, and Bio Med Central Cancer.

His research interests include: Cardiomyopathy, Heart failure, Advanced treatments, Heart transplantation, Ventricular assist devices, Oncocardiology, Cardiotoxicity, Palliative care, General medicine.
