Biography

Dr. Lioznov is the Head, Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology, at Pavlov State Medical University, St. Petersburg, Russia.
Dr. Lioznov received his Medical Degree at Pavlov in 1994. He also was trained at Cornell University, New York City; at Public Health Summer Institute, the University of Alabama at Birmingham; at the Graduate Summer Institute of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Bloomberg School of Public Health, The John Hopkins University; and during HIV/AIDS Research Ethics Seminar organized by Medical College of Wisconsin in Warsaw, Poland. He has been involved in clinical trials since 2005 in the area of infectious diseases (viral hepatitis, herpes infections, influenza, HIV, food-borne diseases) and vaccination (influenza, HIV, VZV).

Research Interest

His research interests include: HIV, viral hepatitis, and food-borne diseases.
