Introduction of Special Edition
Sexual Health for All
We are pleased to announce a special issue for the Women’s Health–Open Journal. This special issue, titled Sexual Health for All, provides an opportunity to explore the new lines of critical thinking and research in the areas of sexual health. Each article should provide a theoretical frame as well as critical analyses of either new research or current practical problems in working in the arena of women’s health. Various disciplinary lenses will be considered.
Each article should be a maximum of 10,000 words in length including references. Topics relating to women’s sexual health will be considered. We are looking for articles that address sexual health topics with women from various groups. Research with marginalized and/or not well researched groups, e.g., LGBTQ populations, refugee groups, youth/adolescents, disabled women, aging women, etc., are very appropriate for this special issue. The focus of the articles should be on how to address practical and applied problems that these populations face in the 21st Century.
